Camden asked how steam turned back into water, so we did a little experiment.

Ready, set, snow!
Camden and I went out and played in the fresh snow during Ciera's nap. He loves to throw snow at people or have snow ball fights. We were also going to build a snowman, but the snow was too powdery. A couple drifts almost went up to my waist!

Is this a race?
We built a fort in our family room this morning. It ended up being more of a long u-shaped tunnel, but the kids had a blast. Ciera is looking back in consternation, because Camden conveniently forgot to inform her of the impending race.

Go Fish!
We went to The Living Planet Aquarium again. Camden said he was tired of it and didn't want to go, but complained when it was time to leave. The river otters were playing and wrestling with each other, and he was mesmerized. Ciera always loves the penguins and repeatedly asks, "penguins?" until we finally see them.

Nice Shot!
Here is Camden playing itty-bitty basketball. He is the one in the striped shirt making a basket! I wish I could have obtained a better view, but I have to sit at the top of the bleachers where Ciera is more fenced in and can't constantly try to join in and play. It's so cute how eager she is!

Play-Doh
Camden loves to play with play-doh. Most of the time he re-creates different types of food dishes with it. Ciera was just excited to get in on the action with the play-doh! Don't worry, I watched her closely, especially since she just loved shredding it to pieces.

Brigham Young's Home
Today we visited Brigham Young's St. George home. Darren and I were astounded by Camden's exceptional behavior. He was so attentive, refrained from touching anything unless given permission, and even asked the sister missionary tour guide questions about what he saw. We were so proud of him! As we were leaving, the sister missionary asked Camden if he was going to go on a mission. He said he didn't think so, because he doesn't want to be put in jail. His favorite story in the Book of Mormon right now is the missionary experience of Nephi and Lehi being thrown in prison and then protected by a ring of fire from the Lamanites. He also likes the story of how Alma and Amulek escaped from prison when they were on a mission in Ammonihah. He has me read those stories over and over. The sister missionary promised him she had never been put in prison. He seemed very skeptical about that.
We asked him what his favorite part was and he said seeing a telegraph and a spinning wheel. We should have guessed since his favorite TV show is How It's Made on the Science Channel.
Camden talked us into getting frozen yogurt again. It wasn't too hard! Then we headed to another park.

St. George
Today we visited the temple. We didn't last very long there with the frigid temperature outside.
Ciera loved going down the indoor big tube slide over and over.
So, what did we do? We went out for frozen yogurt! Camden actually said it was his favorite thing so far. Then we headed over to the Fiesta Fun Center for go-karts, kiddie karts, indoor soft play, and arcade games.

Short Getaway
We used Darren's mandatory time-off to take a quick trip to St. George. Even though it is 20-30 degrees warmer than back home, it is still only in the mid 30s to low 40s. While relaxing at our timeshare, we read books, watched movies, played games, played on their playgrounds, and enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck.
Ciera loved the hot tub. She couldn't get enough.
