In the Swim of Things

Both kids have loved swimming lessons.  Camden, for some reason, doesn't believe he can float all by himself for over a minute.  The instructor often puts his hands up like that, so Camden knows he's floating without any help.  He has made a lot of improvement this year. 

Whenever we ask Ciera what her favorite thing to do is, her replies are usually, "Swimming in the water," "Floating on my back," or "Going under the water."  Right now she is working on kicking with straight legs, because she tends to always bend them.  When she practices the side-stroke and puts her ear in the water, she says the fish say, "fishy, fishy, fishy."
