A Day for Play

We visited the Children's Discovery Garden today.  We were worried it would rain on us, but it was actually a perfect day for walking through the garden and watching the kids play at the various activities.

They always like to spend a lot of time in the sandbox area.  Once I started feeling a few drops of rain, I was trying to get them to move on.  They both really wanted to play in the water around Noah's Ark, but I had told them we would do that last.  I didn't want the rain to spoil it for them.

Luckily, it never really started to rain.  We just had a few drops every now and then at first.  Then it stopped completely.  This is always their favorite activity here (when it's warm).
